When will I receive the tracking code?

Do all orders come with a tracking code?  
Yes, all orders include a tracking code, which you will receive via email.

My product arrived defective. Can I exchange it?  
At HB Men's Deluxe, we prioritize the quality and excellence of our products. If you notice any defects, please report them within 14 days via our email so we can process the exchange of your product.

What payment methods are available?  
We accept credit card payments only. You have the option to pay in up to 12 installments.

How is the refund processed?  
All refunds are handled by the payment provider, and you will receive a confirmation. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
