Purchase Terms

Guarantee

We guarantee delivery throughout Germany or a full refund. For your convenience, our products are shipped via Deutsche Post or other standard carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link sent to your registered email address.

The tracking number will be provided within 10 business days after your order is placed. Please ensure your registration is complete to receive this information.

If there is an issue and your order is not delivered, HB Men's Deluxe guarantees a full refund of your purchase amount, provided the loss can be verified.

Security

Our website is 100% secure. Payments are processed through Mercado Pago, which safeguards your information. Credit card payments are subject to fraud analysis to protect both our business and you, the customer. Payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on Mercado Pago's policies and your card issuer.

Delivery Time

As we offer exclusive and rare products, they are imported from abroad. The estimated delivery time ranges from 5 to 20 business days, with a maximum timeframe of up to 35 business days.

All orders include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery up to your address.

Return & Exchange Policy

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email at hbmensdeluxede@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be sent back in its original packaging and unused. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.

Note: Requests made more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We only offer exchanges for defective items.

Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase and will only be honored if the order has not yet been shipped.

Additional Information

The tracking code may take up to 10 business days to update on the tracking website. During this time, you may see a “not found” status.
- Items may arrive at different times if you ordered more than one product, as we work with multiple suppliers.                                                                                                           - Slight color variations or size differences (1–3 cm) may occur due to screen settings and production tolerances.
- If multiple items were ordered, they may be shipped separately and you will receive individual tracking numbers.

Please note:

- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- If a package is returned to the sender due to failed delivery attempts or not being picked up, a reshipping fee will be charged.
- As we work with international products, we cover all import duties for orders delivered within Germany.
